    Shipping & returns

    Delivery Policy

    All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email confirming your order has been received, and then another email when your order has shipped.  If you have not received any emails, please check your spam folder or contact us at the following email support@swopbiz.com

    There may be some unforeseeable delays due to the current pandemic situation and/or international postal service problems, we ask for your patience if these do arise.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout but see below for a detailed breakdown.

     

    Shipping costs within the US (based on total order value)

    Within the US we offer free shipping on purchases $50 and above.

    Shipping costs for other situations are calculated based on the actual volume and weight of the package.​

    International Shipping

    We offer free international shipping on purchases $200 and above.

    Shipping costs for other situations are calculated based on the actual volume and weight of the package.​

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SWOP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

    If for certain geo-political or pandemic related reasons, we cannot send the product to your country then we will issue a full refund.  Or if the product is held up at customs in your country, we will send you a notification email.

     

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@swopbiz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

     

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    In the event there is a problem, or you experience any issues with a product you purchased through our website, you may return the product to us within 30 days of receipt subject to the guidelines below.

    Guidelines

    • Only products in unmarked, resalable condition may be returned. Defective products may be returned for a refund after emailing us at support@swopbiz.com
    • To initiate a return, e-mail support@swopbiz.com and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
    • Return requests MUST be made within 30 days from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns if an RA# is not obtained within 30 days.
    • We don’t offer merchandise exchanges. To receive a credit for your purchase, products must be returned in original packaging.
    • Please note we can only accept products purchased directly through www.swopbiz.com . If you purchased your product through a third-party seller, please contact that seller for their return policy. 
    • Returns must be received within 30 days after an RA# is issued to receive full credit.
    • We can only accept returns with a clearly marked RA# on the outside of the package.
    • All returns will be checked by our return specialists. If expected items or products are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.
    • You are responsible for paying for the return shipping unless the product is defective in which case SWOP will cover the cost of the return shipping.

     

    Order Cancellations

    Once we receive your order, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible, especially if your order qualifies for free 2-day shipping, or you’ve paid for expedited shipping. (Please note: We can only ship via ground to P.O. boxes. Selecting expedited shipping options for an order shipping to an address with a P.O. Box will delay processing your order). For that reason, unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed. Once your order has been delivered, please contact our customer service department to initiate a return authorization at support@swopbiz.com. When your order has been returned to our warehouse, our finance department will contact you directly to confirm your refund.
